Abrasive Blasting

Sandblasting is a critical step in the powder coating process. It removes any grime, dust, and surface imperfections before the coating process. 

Without sandblasting powder coated parts can be filled with imperfections in the coat and generally do not meet our standard once finished. 

Sandblasting also allows for perfect restoration or rework of already used parts. 

A new blasted surface is critical in the proper execution of the powder coating process.
